Lack of knowledge!

During December 2021 I took my car for a service as well as ask them to check my aircon as it is loosing gas. ( They are aircon specialists) Service, I had no problem with, but I was quoted for a refill on the gas of the aircon. I mentioned to them that it is strange as however I regass, the gas does not even last for three months. Needless to say, I took the car back during February 2022, only to be regassed again. Obviously there was a leak somewhere which was not attended to in the first place. It got regassed again, them saying it only needed gas only. Yesterday I took my car back again...same problem, only this time saying it's got a leak somewhere but they don't know where! Quoted me R7000 as to replace pipes, and needs to remove the dash to replace pipes. Please take note the "warrenty" on the job done in December expires at the end of June. I am totally digusted in them, as they did not address the problem I clearly explained when I took my car there during December 2021.
