Bosch TPS Witbank matter resolved
Pertaining to the complained I had with Bosch TPS Witbank, I am thrilled to announced that the matter has been resolved and I spoke to their MD today Mr. Kobus who responded to google. Very humble, professional and it was indeed an unfortunate that it went this far. I strongly recommend them and also if one experience any problem that cannot be resolved by personnel in the front, please ask for Mr. Kobus to assist.

Bosch TPS Witbank matter resolved

Bosch TPS Auto electrical complaint
Has anyone ever received feedback from these Bosch guys in Klipfontein Witbank, trading as TPS auto electrical? I wrote two emails pertaining to the complaint I have, they never even responded not even an acknowledgement email le. Clearly this white lady is rude because she is protected since I never received no response after I have sent an email. Before I escalate this further, has anyone ever receive a response from them?

Bosch TPS Auto electrical complaint

Unhappy and frustrated customer
I took my Juguar to Bosch TPS auto electrical in witbank last week and I explained to them that my car Jaguar is having an exhaust problem and I took it to exhaust specialists & they told me that the exhaust money faults is cracked and they don’t fix it & then I took it there nd explained to them what’s the issue & was told to bring it on Friday 7/11/2025, they will do diagnostics i insisted I know the issue but never or less Tazz insisted they wanna do their own and I paid. On Monday I went there and was told to pay R2900 for further diagnostics & I explained to them that what’s the use coz already I know what the issue and yoooo the lady was sooo rude nd told to take my car and she can refund me I must give her the card I paid with so she can refund my money. I lost it coz clearly she didn’t want to hear me instead she disrespected me so much in such a way I opted to take my car and left. I then took my car to another place yesterday and this morning they told me the very same thing that my exhaust money fault is cracked and they sent a report. Today because I was a bit calmer I then went and requested the report and she even wrote with her own handwriting that exhaust money fault is fine. Firstly I would have expected her to atleast call the technician who did the diagnosis to check on what I told her was the issue and to thoroughly check it but no she knew everything and insulted me by being so so rude and inconsiderate and so much disrespectful and vile towards me. Firstly I took my car there after the diagnosis because they always service my car. Not knowing that I will be treated like 🚮 nd I’m sooo disappointed and disgusted by the manner in which that Tazz lady conducted herself and I will send an email with three reports ( where I took first , Bosch report and this current one ) and tell me that who was she putting at risk for her ignorance?
