Worst service ever at Bosch PMB

<p>My car was overheating, I took it to Bosch Car Service in Pietermaritzburg for repair. After a few days they gave me a quote and I told them that I cannot afford it since it was even exceeding my monthly salary. I called my insurance to tow the car to my place, but Bosch said they cannot release the car before I pay them. Even though I was expecting them to charge me for assessment of the car which normally costs about R200 to R300 (that is what they recently charged 2 of my colleagues) but they surprized me.</p> <p>They told me that I should pay an amount of R3600 which we did not agree on, that was for stripping the car they siad. When I ask them to show me where and when did I authorize that, the manager told me that I am wasting his time so I should come back and get my car when I have that R3600. </p> <p>They have been with my car for 2 weeks now!</p>
