Worst service

I took my car for brake pads changes,within a week I was back there becouse the brakes were making very loud irritating sounds and we discovered that my drive shafts nut was missing which they clearly indicated that it's dangerous to drive a car without it,but it took them 6 full weeks just to order it for me and not that it's hard to get it but becouse the stuff is ***********,I would call each week twice to remind them but evrytime I call it's like they totally forgot.n finally when I called on a Friday I spoke to the workshop foreman who said he will try and order it,luckily finally in an hour time he called and said he found it,but my relief was short lived becouse he charged me R350 which I started to doubt it could cost so much,something said call volvo dealership in brynston which I did and found the nut at a mere R80 bucks.their service is worst.
