Worst service

Worst experience ever. I took my mini cooper to this Bosch back in 2018 for a service. They came back with other stuff that needed to be fixed: the vanos gears, the water pump was leaking, and the clutch and so much more. After spending a fortune on fixing everything my car was losing power, misfiring and would switch off, it didn't idle. I took my car back, they promised it was working then eventually on my way to Pretoria my engine started smoking up and caught a light. I took this up with Bosch head office who didn't care much about the case. After many emails and phone calls, I managed to get a meeting with head office as well as the branch owner. They point blank refused to take any accountability for what happened, I got shouted at and screamed at throughout the entire meeting. My car was running absolutely fine before they worked on it. 6 years later, it's 2024 I'm still struggling with my vehicle. I was unable to fix the car cause there was so much damage done to it. I now have managed to save up the money to fix my car and I still have issues. I chose to not complain all this time because I just wanted to put this behind me but this ripple effect of bad workmanship still haunts me. Please save yourself the time and money and DO NOT trust these people with your vehicle.
