Worst customer service ever

I am waiting for two weeks now just for a quote to repair a fridge. I still do not know what is wrong with the fridge. I have been trying to provide my email address for two days, but everytime when I contact the service centre, the manager is too busy to talk to me and they still do not have my correct email address.
