worst company ever

I spoke to Euro Diesel / Bosch Services agents in Bramley Sandton in regards to my Nissan Navara 2,5dci. -Injectors reconditioned. They convinced me they are the best in the market and to bring the vehicle to them for the repairs as they do this on a daily basis etc. i took the vehicle to them for high hopes and expectations that my vehicle is in good hands. After a week and half i myself made contact with Euro diesel to ask about the progress on my vehicle. “Oh- the vehicle is here and waiting collection. Its finished.” I asked Darryl why has no one contacted me yet and he could not give me an answer?? So i went to collect my vehicle the following day. Getting home i realized that there is something leaking from the enjin compartment. Upon inspection i saw the pipe from the radiator is completely broken off and it is been glued with Q-bond. Really?? The powder is still visible all over the radiator.... I called Euro diesel up and they did not even deny this at any point and stated i should bring the vehicle back. It cost me R1100 cash to get a tow vehicle to take the vehicle to them which they refused to refund me! Not even offered to pay half!!! However, they had the vehicle for a week at their workshop with no feedback or follow ups. Upon repair Euro diesel called me to come collect my vehicle, its fixed. Upon notice i saw the radiator is fixed with a steel pipe into the same radiator. Then i noticed the following: • the switch for the Aircon is broken off and all the gas leaked out. Now its costing me to ragas as well • a bolt missing from one of the mountings. The battery terminals and clamps are all loose • my enjin compartment looks like a horses backside. Nothing is cleaned and my vehicle is all dirty, inside and outside.

This morning i noticed something dripping again. Again the pipe of the radiator that was fixed with the steel pipe is now leaking fluid again!!! Every-time i call Euro diesel to complain and ask for the repair of these, it is always a long story and no commitment to acknowledge anything. Its always a case of we shall get back to you with the hope of nothing to come off it. I am sorry. I shall not leave this here. My next step is the lawyers and then off to the Ombudsman.
