Worst car service ever

I serviced my car at Astroserv on the 15th of Nov 2019. Two weeks later on the 29th I was suppose to drive to the Freestate, when suddenly my Volvo S60 gave me an error that the engine control system needs service. The car had absolutely no power. I took it back to Astoserv immediately. The car has been standing there ever since. It took them 3 full business days just to figure out what the problem was. I gave them my extended mechanical warrantee policy number. I called the insurance company and no claim has even been registered 2 days later. I keep calling the manager to ask for feedback, but he promises to call me back and never does. Lodged a complaint with Bosch Service and haven't even heard from them yet. This is the worst company and I cannot believe the AA gives them accreditation.
