What is customer service ?

Absolutely shocking service from Bosch Boksburg. I have been emailing, calling and leaving messages for over 2 months now with no response! I have sent a complaint via the main website and for the past month i have been chatting to someone on their Facebook chat promising me that someone will get in contact with me. Still no contact made! The last response from Facebook was that I must lodge a complaint on the website. Hmmmm like i did before ? With no response ?
