Went to Bosch service in centurion, poor service from the lady l think it's linnet doesn't even know how to talk to customers

Went to Bosch service in centurion, poor service from the lady l think it's linnet doesn't even know how to talk to customers . Made me go home without confirmation of authorization first and had to struggle coming back to the center wheares that could have been avoided had she called first to see if they approve before l leave.They didn't even make means to at least pick me up again to come back. I wont recommend this company
