Bosch car service. I bought an Audi TT 2.0. I asked them do a full service. When I look at the color of the oil it's still black. Isn't it supposed to be clear oil?

They supposedly changed my air and oil filter plus spark plugs.. . I Checked and to no avail. Cost me over R9000.00 for a pathetic service

Now I asked them to replace the turbo and still want to charge R13700?
