VERY unhappy customers

If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner booked his car in for a minor service and received a quote for R2500 and 1 hour after dropping the car off, he received a phone call saying they need to do a major service for double the price. They also wanted to replace the break pads and discs and quoted R16 000!!! We received quotes from other service centres and they quoted R5000, while Mercedes themselves quoted R8000 to do the same thing. After fetching the car, we noticed that they didn’t even clean the car afterwards even though the interior and exterior was full of grease from them working on it. Their excuse was that the guy who washes the cars did not show up. To make matters worse, Bosch has scratched the car AND broke the air intake pipe of the car, so now we run the risk of the car overheating while we drive it. We returned to the store and they are closed! We are extremely unhappy with the service received and will never be using Bosch again!!!
