Very Poor Service Bosch Alberton City.

I took my to be fixed at Bosch Alberton City, at first the service was okay.

The same day i took my car there i explain my budget, the car was diagnosed, then i was given the quote - i approved it, even if it went out of my budge.

I was getting the updated and everything, after i payed what i quoted things changed, i was told that they getting more faults in my car.

They will take other parts of the car to the head office, then suddenly i was told that the car engine need to be changed. When i asked that the car was diagnosed, why didn't you see that i must change the whole engine, and i already payed the amount of R22 156.66 you only telling me that i must change the engine.

Still the alternate is still giving me the same problem, i communicated with them this morning, they telling me that i must bring the car they will charge me plus minus R2500.00, while last week i was told that i must change the engine.

The service is very poor, if i knew that i should have taken my car to somewhere else, where i could get better service and communication.

I will never advise anyone else to go there :(
