Very Bad Service and no feedback

I send my Car there to have it looked at after the engine light came on. For almost a week I did not receive feedback unless I phoned them. My Car was there for almost a week and I got the outcome of the diagnostics, they said they cant help me and would send me to someone else as they don't feel comfortable with working on a Automatic gearbox as they are always tricky.<br> <br> Its not the fact that they could not assist me, t was the fact that I was a week without my car and the they could not help me.
