Very Bad service

On the 26/01/2016 at 7h00 i took my car for service with them .at about 10h00 when servicing my car they noticed that an intake seal need to be replaced ,they asked for a go ahead which i gave , i was qouted R4295.00 (vat included) for the entire job, they promised to update me on the progress,which they didnt ,every time i called to ask for an update they became very impatient and gave me bad attidute the excact words of the guy \listen am very busy here ".finally late in the afternoon i was told they can only get the spare part today 27/01/2016 at about 10h30.i left the car overnight with them "
