Horrible service and horrible people at this workshop! They are not professional and not even transparent. I took my car for service on the 16 April 2025 I was told service is currently on special for R1650 . I then asked them how much would it be to change break pads and they said the total would be R2200 for everything ! To my shocking surprise when I wanted to pay they changed the invoice to R3850 saying the break pads are R2200 ! Well I paid the amount after being abused by stupid bullies who were shouting on the phone . Two big men’s shouting through the phone at a woman great I paid the whole amount because I was threaten the car would have to be left at their workshop . On Friday 18 April 2025 the car started showing warning signs (which they never had before ) so I went back to them to tell them only to be shouted at and pointed by a finger by those guys working there . As it is my car is not working they can help me unless I pay an extra R750 for diagnosis. Even if you can do not take the car at Bosch car service in Olifantsfontein! They are ripping people off to cover cost of their dissolving business
