Utterly Disgusting Attitude

Two wheel nuts of my husbands car snapped and we towed it to a Bosch accredited fitment centre - Steering Suspension Fitment Centre in Randburg. Leo from the fitment centre called later in the day to advise that the quote will be R25 000!! for 2 wheel nuts! Nevertheless, I asked him to email the quote to me. Due to affordability, we called Leo and advised that we will be fetching the car in which his response was we need to pay him R550 to release the car due to the quotes he obtained and taking off the wheels! This is against the CPA (confirmed-section 15) as we didn't give any authorisation to proceed with the work. I advised them of this and he was very rude. I then called the Head Office and was referred to Lilian Hansen who in turn was very abrupt and sent through a form for me to fill out before even listening to the problem! This is being filled out right now, but God knows what damage the fitment centre will do to my car now out of pure spite :( I will never support a bosch fitment centre if the bad attitude runs from the service centre right to Head Office. Very disappointing that the weekend is approaching and I don't know if I'll have my car before that.
