Useless Bosch Service
Useless, useless, useless. Cannot come repair a tumbler that has E90 error. Been waiting over a week. Now day 8. Keep getting told they will call technician when the office opens. Its 8:35 and the service office is not open yet? How embarrassing. No wonder they useless.

Have sent this to Hirsch about their technician
He called me yesterday and just asked for my numbers. Said he called me Monday and there was no answer. But no missed calls on my phone. I called his number this morning at 09:50. I think it was his wife who answered. He was still home and not available.
His office can never get hold of him.
Do you know who their service manager is?
I have posted an update on HelloPeter and again on X.
There are lots of complaints about bad service it seems.
I would never have bought Bosch if I had known.
