Unsatisfactory Handling

on the 29th January 2015 i took in my Volvo V50 to Bosch Service Center i was asked what was wrong with the vehicle and i stated that the vehicle was mixing oil and water and it was smoking, then he promised to call me later. he did call me and said that the oil cooler needed replacement and i agreed, he gave me a quote of R 11 500.00 and two days later he called to say the vehicle was ready for collection. before i collected it he called me again to say they have noticed a water leak and this needed to be fixed and i agreed. the total amount came to R 12 500. i then collected the vehicle and drove it to Port Shepstone, on my way i noticed the car was still smoking and i immediately called Bosch and he assured me that the smoke will go away as it was caused by the old oil burning. when i reached South Coast Mall i noticed that there was a pink fluid under the car and i thought it was anti freeze. one week later the car stopped running on the N2 and i towed it to Bosch. i reported the same problem as before and i was told that they will call me after an assessment. he then called to tell me that the car had blown its head gasket and i needed to pay R25 000.00
