Unprofessional service

I just experienced the most awful and unprofessional service from Bosch Rivonia Crossing.

A quotation was emailed to me 6 weeks back to have work performed on my car. They then today presented me with a new quote where the labour hours were all of a sudden doubled in comparison with the previous section.

I was then confronted in the most unprofessional way by the owner himself when I queried the issue with him.

His direct words to me were: - I don't need clients like you - If Ford is cheaper, maybe you should go to them the next time - It is clients like you that want everything for free - Do you want the number for Bosch head office, I will give it to you myself
