Unprofessional, arrogant and a waste of time

I called them the day before taking the car in to ensure they replace a broken bulb and use Ford parts for the service and bulb. On the day of handing the vehicle over, I again state I want proof of Ford parts used and the bulb. When I get home, the owner calls me and says they use Bosch approved parts and he does not have a bulb in stock. When I arrive to collect my car after I told them NOT to continue, the lady is on a call, does not look at me and hands me my keys. When I get into my car, I see they did not put the service book back. I get out and still on the phone ask where is the book. Without looking up, she hands be the book while continuing on the phone. I will never go to any Bosch center again. This one was in Centurion, R55.
