Unprofessional and insensitive

<p>As a new mother with a badly serviced car, I don't feel that my concerns where considered or even mattered to the manager at this branch.</p> <p>As a return customer, I was not given an opportunity to present my problem to the manager. I was told to leave my car key and I will be called in the afternoon. On asking what will be done I was simply ignored like a fly on the wall.</p> <p>That is no way to treat a customer who is bringing her car back because your centre didn't do anything right in the first place.</p>
