Unhappy customer

On the 24 of June I took my swift to Bosch dealership at alberton for Diagnosing and when I called on Tuesday I was told that they need authorisation to take out the parts from the car to take out the parts so they can do another diagnosing and they did not email me the quote which I should approve and when they send to me the quote on weddnesday I authorized and I was promised that on the 5th July 2023 they will send me and the insurance the final quote but when I call to find out the quote this morning i was told that I will get the quote today 5th July 2023 and this afternoon when I contact the lady she told me that she still don't have prices...I'm not happy and I can't concentrate at work because of this whole thing regarding this car is stressing me and I don't know when will this car be fixed or when will they ever send me a quotation for this car...my car is with them for 13 days now and nothing is happening
