Unacceptable Service - Life and Death Matter

I booked my Opel Mokka 1.4T for a service with Bosch Services on 2019-06-12 Invoice number IN015957, Job Card: 141634. Me and my wife had plans going away to Port Shepstone from Thursday to Tuesday 13-18 Jun'. When we almost arrived at our destination I heard something was making a loud noise when driving up to a traffic light. I immediately stopped to check everything in and around the car. Then I discovered that my brake caliper on my left front side was hanging away from the actual brakes with no support. I had to then jack up my car and had a look at this as I knew something is terribly wrong. What I then discovered was that the caliber bolt at the bottom was totally missing and was just hanging there only with 1 bolt instead of 2 but was also not tightened. Me and my wife was shocked because this could of been a matter of life and death if we didn't come across this major issue. My brake disc, brake pad and my rim on the inside is also damaged/scratched as a result of the caliber swinging around. When taking off my wheel I also saw that there was 1 wheel nut not even tightened The rest was at least, I had to call taxi's and ask people around me to help me to get to the city but no service shops or hardware had that specific bolt and thread. All the other service/workshops only opened again on Tuesday after the long weekend. I had to ask our maintenance guy to tow me to the nearest workshop so that we can find a bolt before driving anywhere as this is dangerous.You would think that you service your car at a very expensive cost at a good service center but in fact we almost could of lost our life's. I am very disappointed and this is something very small that they forgot to put back but in reality could of been very serious. This is also my first time with Bosch and I must say I will never trust them again and will also not recommend the center to any families or friends. My life was in your hands and it could of easily slipped out. I'm extremely disappointed.
