Trichardt Bosch Car Service Centre

Good day, Trichardt Bosch Car Service Centre gave me the worst if not ********** service ever, I took my 2015 Nissan Qashqai for a service since it's warranty elapsed after 100 000 km. I paid R3750.00 for a service I can not confirmed they did. Upon collection of the vehicle, I checked if filters were replaced and to my surprise, I came across a shock when I discovered that old air filters was still there. I then I approached the admin and asked them to explain to me what was done on the vehicle and I was shocked when they apologized and asked me to bring the car back so that they can replace those parts. They also called my wife and apologized and I told them that I am not taking their apology but demand my money back because I couldn't trust them anymore nor believe if they really serviced my car. I have a full video and photos of old parts as proof and I demand answers because they couldn't have released the car without payment. I can't see this as a mistake, this is a clear ***** because they claimed for the service they didn't deliver.
