They stole my car! Its no where to be found!

Bosch Service Neslpruit are *******, we took a car in for a service where the issue was a simple automatic gearbox that only allowed the reverse gear and nothing else. They quoted us R11 000. They kept on updating us and that the car would be back in a week. This was a Month and a half ago. Eventually, when the updates stopped coming, we kept on pressing, they told us the car needed a gearbox overhaul and it would now cost R45 000. No information about what had changed, but simply that the quote had changed. Long story short, we found out that they had outsourced the fix to a Johannesburg Gearmax company - something they chose to omit. Upon further probe, it became apparent that they had somehow inflicted more damages to the gearbox, either while in transit (to JHB) or someone between Gearmax or Bosch had broken it. We threatened legal action. They insisted they would sort it out. They brought the gearbox back to Nelspruit and took it to Westvaal . Or rather so they said. We waited yet a few more weeks. Now we call Westvaal where the care is supposedly being fixed, they have no record of the car coming to them ever. Bosch wont answer our calls anymore. We now have no idea where the car is nor the status of it.

This is theft and a case with the police is underway.
