Terrible service from Bosch car service Bedfordview

I took my car into Bosch car service Bedfordview in February this year and spent over R50 000 for an engine overhaul 10 months later these people have failed to fix my car. The owner takes no responsibility and blames everything on his staff members. No one knows what’s happening when I ask for answers I get told that he is not the technician and he can’t give me answers. When I ask the technician working on my car he says he has been instructed not to talk clients. I am frustrated and extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from Bosch car service Bedfordview.
