Terrible Service

I brought my car at Bosch Mokopane, cause of the Alternator problem, I told them to fix, then they emphasize on changing it, Then 2 days later sent a quote of a replacement, which I can't afford, now I wNna take my car to someone who can fix, they telling me I must pay the Strip, why removing something that you not going to fix? That's my question, the Foreman here Dinolgar Mahlaela is terribly rude towards me, as I am trying to get the facts about what he want to charge me. My issue is from the start they should have said they won't fix it, and I take my car somewhere else...
