Terrible experience with Bosch appointed technician company

Made contact with Bosch regarding hob which was not working they were helpful and prompt and arranged a technician to come over The company they sent over has been totally shocking over R2000 rand spent and still have a hob which doesn't work as they have ordered the wrong part Having looked at the company they sent over reviews I wonder how they can justify sending such an *********** company to repair they products
