TECHNICIAN VERY RUDE!!!!

<p>My washing machine is not working but under warranty, the technician calls me 5 mins before he comes to my house and thinks I must just drop everything I am doing. He is not doing me a favour, it is his job to sort my washing machine out as it is under warranty. He was suppose to give me a days notice or even a fews hours notice will be fine before he comes to my house but he gives me a 5 mins notice and becuase my husband was not able to make it there on time he has a bad attusite with us. </p> <p> </p> <p>This serivece is very bad and I will never buy any Bosch product again knowing that if something goes wrong I have to deal with a bad attuidute techicican becuase he feels he is doing me a favour</p> <p> </p> <p>He is not professional at all, I wonder how he even has a job at Bosch </p>
