Service from Bosch Service is pathetic! The contact number on their website for the Mt Edgecombe branch either does not work, or nobody bothers to pick up
Service from Bosch Service is pathetic! The contact number on their website for the Mt Edgecombe branch either does not work, or nobody bothers to pick up. I sent numerous messages on their website and no response to date. I requested a quote for repairs on my Toyota RunX from another branch and after wasting an entire day of my time they failed to provide a quote. I provided all the necessary information for a quote to be generated and still they were unable to. Either they have no idea how to do the repair or have no experience in working with Toyota vehicles. Very disappointing from a group of people that seem to be tarnishing a good brand.
