Rude mixed with terrible service... Seems to be the new mission statement!

So far I have found the staff rude and unprofessional. What a pity I am forced by the insurance provider to make use of the Bosch Service center in Meyerton. I tried calling on a Saturday and there was no answer. When I questioned them about the lines not working the reply was, someone else got through. Further more they claim to be closed on Saturdays but Google shows them as open from 08h00. I asked for a quote. 24 hours later, no one has come back to me yet. Pathetic.
