Received broken car back after 13 months at Bosch - do not use BOSCH

Received broken car back after 13 months, Bosch refuses to fix the car. Their service and communication is shocking. Bosch SA is doing nothing to help. Understanding why RMI was told Bosch complaints must go to Bosch Service Southern Africa as they also do nothing to assist.
