Poor workmanship

I PETER SEKWANI sent in car at Bosch mall of the South december 14 2024 for oil sump and timing chain kit change, they did the Job few KM the car did the very same problem i notifyed them they said i must bring in the car they checked the car they said its not the chain is the gear box i then sent the car somwhere to be checked, it was confirmed that the chain is loose or stretched. The money that was paid to Bosch was R12500 from warranty and i payed R 20400 for such a poor Job now i have to make means to fix my car somwhere as they are failing to rectify or do proper work, i feel the guys are not taking advantage and have no pride in their work they are chasing money forgeting to value the customers setisfection as Bosch
