POOR WORKMANSHIP!!!

I took my car (Toyota Tazz 1300 - 2005) for the following on the 21 July:
1. Service
2. Clutch replacement
3. Wheel bearings (rear)
4. Brakes front and back
5. Tappet Gasket replacement

The workshop had the car for 2 days and on the third day convinced me that everything was done and in 100% working order. I was initially charged R11 200.00 but negotiated on the labour costs which reduced the total costs to R9 980.00.

Over the weekend I noticed that the car was still leaking oil. I took it back and asked to speak to Ringo who initially quoted me on the job and I was told by Sergio that he is now the 'new workshop manager' and that he will be taking care of my concerns. I showed him the state of my car and we agreed that the workshop 'messed up'.

He asked me to return the vehicle for him to 'personally' make sure that it is properly sorted out and cleaned on Monday. I did that and when i called them at 12:45 I was told my car is fixed. I then arranged for my wife to pick the car up after work...but to my absolute dismay, this morning when checked, I found that the car is still leaking oil the same way it did in the first place??!!

PLEASE NOTE THAT BOSCH IS A RIPP OFF! STAY AWAY!
