I write to BOSCH with great disappointment and sorrow in my heart for an utter breach of consumer rights and utter debase of business in South Africa, I write to lay a complaint about an incomplete car service I got from BOSCH SERVICE and as a result I suffered a car breakdown again, I have consulted service centre on numerous times and have done nothing to resolve the matter, My car was brought in for service and repairs and an incomplete service was done and I raised a concern over and over regarding the incomplete service buit nothing was done.

My car has broken down due to a complained service rendered, I paid for nothing, no service rendered, and we are being charged again for the breakdown suffered sue to the incomplete service done to my vehicle.

I brought my car for service centre expecting a professional service and quality workmanship only to be ****med by BOSCH, I learned by evidence that the car I took for service and paid for we not serviced properly. Immediately after the **** services my car broke down, after taking it out of service centre.

The minister of transport made a call that all cars on the road must be road worthy, BOSCH is ****ming and betraying the South African public and endangering the lives of our beloved citizens by doing improper service to our cars, we are making this call for help and mediation.

I’m determined to alert the South African media, the service ombudsman, all associated forums, organisations, the minister of transport the south African president and all other clients of BOSCH about this **** service and the **** that is being operated by BOSCH. I’m asking for correct service to be done or refund us all our monies so that we can have an alternative service provider help us.

This experience is a total ruin to the reputation of BOSCH worldwide and before we engage all the parties relevant, we ask for intervention asap. I am are intending to do a press conference and alert the world what BOSCH is doing to SA transporters I’m asking for immediate intervention of management.
