Poor Service Bosch

<p>Bosch has the pay off line on their website "Service you can rely on"!??? Well this has proved quite the opposite. Repairs needed for a Bosch washing machine and booked for Friday 3 June no sign nor any call from Bosch. Called again Monday 6 June and were told that they would be there and would call. Well needless to say Bosch service was very conspicuous by it absence. No communication at all which is very surprising in today's ease of communication with mobile phones. I notice the German ethic of good service is sadly lacking in the service division in South Africa. As most of the household appliances are Bosch and being an ardent supporter for many years, I will really reconsider this for future purchases.</p>
