POOR SERVICE AT BOSCH CAR SERVICE FOURWAYS

I took my car in for service at Bosch Service center and I must say the service I have received has been rather poor and unsatisfactory. AS I'm writing this, there is still unfinished business with my car. I have sent emails and called and I was told told someone will call me back to attend to my query and over a week I am still waiting for the call.
