Poor Service and Disrespectful Boss

Pathetic Service from the Pomona Service center... The owner treats his employees and customers like trash, always making unnecessary noise ... My Car was with them for 3 weeks and nothing was done on it besides stripping it without my consent and then forcing me to pay for labour.. They refused to release my car and had to pay R5000 so that they can release my car.. I had to tow my car to another dealership with all the parts stripped and some missing. Their prices are also insane, they charged me R42000 for a clutch kit and flywheel... I then compared the prices with Ford and they gave me another quote with the same items but at R19000...so basically they charged me double the amount... My advice to anyone who thinks of going there is quite simple.. "Just Don't Go There"
