Poor service and ************* company

On the 5th of May 2025 I took my car to Bosch (ford focus) because it had a problem with the cooling system so it was over heating. My car was still under warranty with M-sure, so I left the car so they can test it, make a quotation and sent to M-sure, which was not done until I had to go there after a month, eventually they sent a claim and they received the money. But there was a shortfall of R18000 that I had to pay from my pocket, which I paid when I went to fetch the car after many fights with them because they were dragging their feet in repairing the car even after they were paid. When we went to fetch the car we were told to pay extra R25000 because the gearbox wa faulty which was not mentioned on the initial quotation, then we insisted on taking the car because they said the cooling system was sorted only the gear box was the problem so we didn't have the extra R25000. But when we were on our way home the car was still overheating and when my husband opened the car it seemed as if nothing was Done on the car, we then to it back to them and still they didn't do anything until today the 27th of October we fetch the car because it was just parked and nothing was being done. These people were paid R50 plus thousand for nothing their manager Brandon Ashby was the one who put us through all of these problems that guy is so insensitive and a ***** and unprofessional 😭😭😭
