Poor Service

<p>I took my car to Telladaga Bosch Service Station for a headlight bulb change. The evening after they changed the bulb I noticed that it was still not working. I took my car back the next morning after which they got the bulb working again. Two weeks after that the light bulb again was not working. I had no choice but to take my car to a Ford dealership for repair. They notified me that the part keeping the light bulb in place, which is also the light adjuster, is broken. I was quoted a ridiculous amount to repair it. I contacted the Bosch dealership with the quote as they were responsible for breaking the part. They asked me to bring my car in so they could have a look. They got the light working but the light adjuster is still broken. They then informed me that they could see the light adjuster has been broken for months. Off course I started asking questions. The service manager become aggressive and kept on interrupting me, blaming the damage of the light adjuster on an accident my car was in. That fender bender occured in 2008. The light adjuster on my car was always in a working condition up to the point when Telladaga Bosch Service station changed the headlight. Unacceptable!!!</p>
