Poor service

I took my car to Bosch durban central for a clutch plate replacement in January 2022. That was fixed and when i started using my car it was hard to change gears and even stiff to put gear number one. When i reported this matter they told me there was nothing wrong with my car and did not even check it or test drive it. I am very disappointed with the level of service they gave me.
