Poor oil filters and poor customer care

I bought an oil filter from Bosch. The oil filter was fitted and oil was poured in the vehicle. All seemed well at the time however the following morning i went to drop off my kids at school, on my return, all the oil spilled out of the vehicle from the oil filter. A mechanic came to me to check the vehicle and the filter was fitted again with the O ring properly in place and the oil was replaced. I then informed Bosch via their on line customer service centre. To date i have not received any response weather via email or call. Today (two weeks later) when i drove off from home the filter sippled all the oil again. I am using a 5W/40 which comes at a price, my engne and other components are now fill of oil again. Bosch oil filters are not good for vehicles, Bosch customer care service is probably amongst the worst, probably equal to Wimpy customer service
