POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MECHANICAL WORK

I took my car to Bosch Service Finla Mechanics in Pretoria CBD. It’s on Nana Sita street, I was told the cost of diagnostic and I was informed based on the report I’ll be informed of what’s the issue with the car, however, that did not happen instead they decided to change the spark plugs as they felt was the problem with the car and I had to pay an amount of R 2 950.00. When I brought the car I told them it had a mechanic warranty and whatever fault they might find they should inform the insurers but they didn’t do that.
