Poor!!!

What pathetic service! Waiting for almost 4 weeks to repair my tumble dryer - and this in the middle of winter! Several calls to call centre, appointments made just for technician not to pitch, several calls to call centre again!! Friday let me know too late to attend to my call (that was scheduled for the Wednesday), just to hear Monday morning the part I was waiting for for 3 weeks are damaged???? Really???? And after complaining to call centre manager, the part will be ordered overnight???? And then.... again a call to manager to ask when part will be replaced - ahhhh same day!!!! Not used to such poor service!!!! Never again will I buy a Bosch product!!!
