Pathetic Service from Bosch Services Van. Ransburg engineering in Olifantsfotein

<p> </p> <p>I sent my guy to drop a engine head to this guys for some repair on Tuesday 12th of July 2016. I was expecting to get this head in two days unfortunately that was not the case when my delivery guy got there he was told nothing is done on it as he never paid a deposit. I phoned and Duane gave me a tough time telling me that it is written on his door that deposit must be paid first before they start working on the part. That was something he had to tell my delivery guy of which he didn’t because the guy had money on him to pay if they need deposit. I left it as it is, i couldn’t ague further. This guy talks like he don’t need my business and i am nothing. I swallowed my black pride and gave a second chance as he was promising to get it fixed by Friday 15/07/2016. I phoned on that day and he told me that he couldn’t get the parts required to fix the head in time they supplier have the parts but its late for them to deliver and i have to wait for Monday. Today is Monday 18/07/2016, i called him at 15H48 and he told me the head is still not ready in arrogant way like i have to beg him to do this for me.</p> <p> I have paid him already for the complete job quoted. I asked him to give me my money back if he don’t want help me and he simply said i don’t refund, meaning if i want to take the head somewhere ill have to lose the money. This guy is so arrogant i think this business belongs to his family. He knows nothing will happen to him though he treat customers like ****. I think i stay not far from Kempton park i will take my business somewhere but i want this head to be done as i was promised it will be fixed. I done with this guy’s attitude Duane tall guy from Bosch Services in Olifantsfontein is not a good guy to service clients.</p>
