Pathetic Service

I sent my car in to get serviced. When they called for the car to be picked up , while driving my vechile was bouncing uncontrollably it was shaking it have me such a fright I had to stop immediately, I called them back to inform them the car was in a state they apologized picked it up to fix it , they then informed me that there was a fault which was missed. They returned it, later that night the radio stopped working , the air con stopped working , there was a leakage in the engine. They promised to fetch the car a numerous Times but it so happened to slipped their mind as they say. I'm now left with a car with all these faults that was missed from the beginning and I must pay again so you tell me is it fixed? Ebby who I had been liasoning with is unprofessional , arrogant and rude for having to forget to call me and pick my vechile up on so many occasions and when you ask to go through to the Manager Abdul who's even worse who can't even apologize for the service I've had been given ! I'm disgusted that a business like this is still running not even an apology ! I will be taking this further!
