Part nearly blows my engine!

I recently bought a Bosch Starter at Goldwagen Krugersdorp after my original starter broke. All was well after I had it installed but after 50 kms, smoke came out of my engine and me vehicle could no longer start. We had the vehicle taken to an auto electrician, and after full inspection, the fault was discovered. The BRAND NEW starter I had bought was heating up so much that it burnt the wiring in my engine. Goldwagen replaced the part which was installed and my car is now in working order. My vehicle's engine could have been blown due to the faulty part received. I was driving with children in my car when the incident happened. What's more, I sent an email via the Bosch website a week ago and have to date not received a response. This is very poor customer service and I want someone to contact me with regards to my horrible experience.
