Paid over R24000 at Bosch rustenburg for engine strip and was quoted ridcolous amounts for things that were not damaged in my car.

I towed my car in for repairs, (clutch cable broken) on the 23rd of September to Bosch Rustenburg, and asked them to fix the clutch cable. On Monday I got a call from a lady called Razina, telling me that my car is dead and that they cannot fix the clutch cable before they strip the enegine. I did not have the money for, which is about R3000 so I told her that she must leave the enegine and fix the clutch cable and claim from the warranty. She told me that they cant fix the clutch cable before stripping the enegine and they need my go ahead to do this. I did not have a choice but gave them the go ahead to do so. After that they came back tome advising me of OVER R40 000 that need to be fixed on the car. She told me the water pump is damaged, the electrical needs repairing, the cylinder head , and they need to service my car afterwards. My warranty could only pay for the highest amount fr the engine, andI had to pay for the stripping labour. I advised Razina that I do not have money and that she should fix the engine only and leave the other staff because her quotes were very expensive. She later then came back to me to say that I have to pay for the tensioner because the engineers forgot to include it in the quote, which was about R2000, and that there is nothing she can do about the engine if I don't get a new tensioner. I agreed and she went ahead and did what she did. I went to fetcg my car with an insurance approved tow truck and Paid a balance of over R8000, on top of the R16 000 they claimed from the warranty. Razina told me when I fetched my car, not to drive it over 100. for a 1000 kilometers and then bring itback to her. I took my car to my mechanic to fix the clutch cable and water pump and the electrical fault.I went to but the clutch cable at Bosch for R500, and he fixed it for less than a R1000, yet razina had quoted me R8000 for the clutch cable He fixed the clutch cable and he checked the car, there was no electrical fault, the radio was switching on and the lights,the car could not start because the clutch cable was was broken. Razina had quoted me R4000 for electrical. He then went to check the water pump if its damaged like Razina said and the water pump was not damaged. Razina had quoted me R... for the water pump was not damaged. My mechanic noticed that the intake pipe was torn and the thermostata was missing frommy car. I went back to Razina and told her and asked her why she would charge me so much for things that are fine in my car and she could not explain. She said to bring back the car to out the thermostat and intake pipe and I did. when I went to take it the car had a funny noise in the engine and I took it back to them, she checked and said its the rollers and she will not fix it I have to pay.But my car never had any sounds before. yesterday my wife got stuck on her way home at night, there was an engine warning light on, the car wont start and its just dead. I need help because Razina is not corperating with me and I have already paid over R8000 AND she claimed over R16000 FROM MY WARRANY. nOW MY CAR IS DEAD. Iy never had any of these problems before she tampered with the engine. I need Bosch head office to assis in fixing my car .
