Overpriced for poor Service

I took my car in as there was a fault i could not resolve took the car in they refused to give me a diagnostic print out charged for a diagnoses which was not right. Wanted me to spend over R2000 to have something fixed which wasn't broken. The Cherry on top is there Terms and Conditions. "If the item they noted is the problem and its not that they will investigate further"

According to them my Ignition Coil pack was faulty, i had it replaced at have the price but still a quality part and it was not the problem. I took my car to a back yard mechanic which pointed out the fault with in a few min but by opening my bonnet, which i seriously dought Bosch Service did. As the pipes feeding air to my engine was broken which would have caused my trouble.

Thank you Bosch Service for nothing...
